Ken created Parklane Management Company in the 1980s out of a need for effective and responsive customer service to the residents and office occupants of properties that he had developed. Ken has a degree in electrical engineering from San Jose State and an MBA from Stanford. He is drawn into projects with unsolved problems, finding the opportunities within. Projects that preserve the historical integrity of the built environment are of particular interest. When not working on Parklane projects, Ken can be found at the YMCA in a Yoga, Pilates, or spinning class. A lifelong runner and squash player, he spends some time each summer in the Idaho backcountry with his fishing buddies. Through the Alexa Rose Foundation, he supports the development of emerging and experienced local artists. Ken has 3 grown children and a golden retriever named Cooper.
Tisha has worked for Parklane for ten years. She started as a property manager and transferred into the office to work as the bookkeeper. For the last six years she has overseen the financials of Parklane Management and the properties Parklane manages. When she is not counting the beans she can be found spending time with her children, gardening, and running.
Mike is the head of the Parklane Management Maintenance Department. He is an excellent problem solver and always ensures he and his team provide excellent and timely maintenance service for our tenants. A member of Parklane for last decade, Mike began his career as an HVAC technician as well as a residential manager. In his free time Mike enjoys salmon fishing and camping with his family.
Deana is the commercial manager for Parklane Management and has been with the company for the last 10 years. She leases office space and oversees several departments, from retail and office management operations to commercial office operations. Prior to working for Parklane she was a resident of Oregon and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University in 1999. Her time away from work is spent with her husband and 2 year old daughter. She is also an avid runner.
Cindy is the 6th generation of her family here in the Treasure Valley with over 20 years of experience in the real estate community and 12 years at Parklane Properties. She looks forward to finding prospective tenants and giving them the peace of mind that they have found a place to call home. After work you can find her hiking the hills, gardening, playing her guitar and enjoying time with her family and friends.
Liz has worked for Parklane Management since 2009. She started off as the manager of Quail Park and is now working with residents in all 20 properties within the company. She has a 23 year old daughter who she spends much of her time with away from work.
